What does Irina Kuhlmann – coach, mean to me? It is the person that has travelled next to me and who has helped me get to know myself. Within the few meetings together, through everything that she did, she helped me exploit my potential, stimulate my creativity, access my interior resources, understand the importance to action now and not tomorrow or at a later stage, and she helped me make big steps towards my dream. How did she do this? She used her qualities of a good listener and asked the most relevant questions, which helped me clarify my thinking.
